1. Up your nutrition – What you put in is what you get out! Eat food rich in antioxidants to combat free radicals and UV damage
2. Cleanse regularly – Clear out pores and dirt that cause skin dullness
3. Exfoliate – Removing the outer layer of dead skin cells helps make the skin’s surface smoother
4. Hydrate – Drink water AND moisturise! A well hydrated skin is a happy, glowing skin
5. Get good sleep – Bad sleep produces the stress hormone, cortisol, which causes inflammation in the body, and affects your skin
